Fast and very friendly service, delicious food.

Not really fond of seeing the lady behind the counter holding a toddler.

First time I HAD to put my food order in on a kiosk. You can use your plastic at the kiosk to pay for your food order, but to use cash to pay for my order I still needed to go to a register with my food order slip and wait for a person.

Evening crew are alot more friendlier than morning staff.

They did better this time. Kinda depends on the shift.

It was quick, the fries were hot. I could not have asked for a better experience from someone traveling through who literally woke up hungry after spending 2 hours prior in the car. Thanks.

Well stopped in for a cone and boy is this a messy restaurant and workers that have time to lean have time to clean. The table was dirty the whole 25 minutes we were there. I went straight into restroom and saw beer bottle. I noticed a female employee walk in, so I figured she'd pick it up, nope. Maybe she didn't use that stall but the way the tables, floor were dirty I think it's not their job so leave it be. Anyhow they don't bring us our ice cream cones because they didn't know if we wanted a cup or a cone. So not only did they just not want to make em or something they had a filthy dining room. A young boy shoeless, yuck. The staff should have told him no shoes no service. Really disgusted me. Oh as I walked back in the restroom to wash hands after I ate still beer bottle on flior, no garbage can in main room of women's bathroom and still that whole area tables and floor filthy the 20+ minutes there. Disgusted.

No one at the register so you have to place order at the machine thing. That doesn't work very good. You want extra pay but want me to do your job. One person running around at the 4 kiosk isn't help. This one is slow it's a gamble on what you order verses what you get.

My 1/4 pound deluxe was made wrong. Fries were terrible, when I took back the burger they said we will bring it out to you shortly, 10 min went by and no burger, went back to counter and it was sitting there. They said sorry we forgot... I was in a hurry otherwise I would have got my money back. Not going here ever again, I will go to BK across the way, never an issue over there.

On this day I drove thru drive thru. Very fast taking order. Person spoke very well. Great smile greeted me as I drove up to pay.. Drinks were next. I did not mind the extremely long wait in parking spot 3 because the manager moved quick to my car Whit my correct hot and very good order. Thanks McDonalds.

We were asked to use the screen in the lobby. We know how to use it, but prefer not to. After explaining that, we were FORCED to use the computer. We prefer to order anywhere, through a hired person. Soon, there will be no more people working. Just computers, like Walmart.

Drive thru was fast food was hot

Sllllllooooooowwwwww service. Waited over 20 minutes for drive thru food. How do they call it drive thru when they ask you to park for over 10 minutes?

Coffee was fresh, oreo cookie blizzard was delicious. I added the blizzard to my coffee, tasted great

My friend had to wait 10 minutes for a simple burger and fry order. I asked for a cheeseburger with no onion no lettuce no bun with ketchup and mustard. I got a cheeseburger, cheese side down in the container with ketchup and onions. The girl at the counter however nicely offered me a fork.

Best McD's very clean food & coffee hot, people great

I must say that the manager was absolutely wonderful in greeting each customer and very helpful,unfortunately the egg mcmuffin we ordered to go, the muffin was so hard, we couldn't eat it. Ate just the ham and egg.

Ordered a quarter pounder meal in the drive thru and was asked to wait in one of the parking spots. I waited over 20 minutes and received cold food. Terrible service.

Daytime is typically on point. Late night is a mess. 10 pm. Dining room was closed even though hours say 11pm. Advertised the new dbl BigMac on a sign by drive thru menu but no one working knew what we were talking about. Ordered sweet tea and apple pies with meals. Got to the pick up window No sweet tea, no unsweet tea, ordered lg cashier rang up medium, no apple pies. Should just close at night if can't offer what's on the menu. Oh and to top it all off roach in window sill. Guess it's a good thing we asked for our money back.

I love it best hamburger I've eaten in FLA.

It was late and I ordered 2 senior coffee and 1 sm fries. We waited and waited then finally get to the window and the lady had to get help with our total! Then we waited and waited at the next window and finally a young man gets 1 coffee and a bag with cold fries, btw he said not a word to me. Then I honked the horn, he opened the window and I had to ask for my second cup of coffee and I handed back the fries and asked for some hot one. He gave me hot fries and still did not say a word! I was very aggravated by the time I left... Just so you know!!!

Burgers were hot and fresh .. extra chocolate on the sundaes yummm.

Needs two speed up the service , bathroom are cleaned, food is good but they need to work on it.

CRAZY slow. I stop through here while on my way to Orlando. Every time I stop, the ice cream machine is broken, and it takes at LEAST 15 min to get through drive-thru. Tonight, people at windows kept walking away and talking to each other. Saw one on her cell phone. Fast food...yeah right.

After waiting in the drive thru 15 minutes, I get served a burnt bun...come on guys, at least make it correctly.

Really slow at the drive through. Triple cheeseburger looked like it was thrown like a Frisbee. Sloppy. (See photo)

I have stopped at this McDonald's on a couple of occasions as I traveled through this area. This store is easily accessible, clean, and the staff are kind and efficient. The food was to my liking and certainly measured up to McDonald's standards based on my expectations. No complaints here.

Awesome customer service from cashier named September. Fresh hot food and a very clean lobby. Thank you it was refreshing!

If you come here they will park you in a space and make you wait. There is no fast to this food. The food is what you would expect. 80-90% of the time it is good, 10% of the time it is as though they saved something old and served it to get rid of it and save on waste. I rarely go here but one thing I can say is that they are better than the Burger King down the road.

Great values and free popcorn to snack on while you shop! Can't beat this place ☺

Stopped for a cheeseburger, medium fries, and soda. The drive thru line was long so I went inside. It took 11 minutes from the time I ordered to get my food. NEVER AGAIN!

They don't have deals and they're limited menu sucks

What can I say about McDonald's? You get exactly what you expect to get every time.

Good price for food but why don't they put ketchup in my bag like it should be a given to add it to my bag 😑

The inside decor is very trendy and updated. Bathrooms were clean. Food was basic McDonald's food.

I don't like kiosk ordering. That was the only way you could order food. They would not take order at register.

Only ordered one item amd was set aside to wait, with very little line in drive thru...won't be returning there again

My experience with this McDonald's was okay. I was in line with four other people and there was no one behind the counter for ten minutes. Once I made my order I asked for no lettuce on the chicken sandwich and no pickles on the mc doubles. They got my order right so that's a plus. The cashier was nice and courteous no complaints there. Overall I think they were good minus the waiting.

Good place to grab a meal. People here are very polite and nice.

This place is always good. we usually do lunch. I must admit the quality of the food goes down between lunch and dinner 2-4pm while they change over to dinner.

I am so happy with them. I was in a rush to get to work but i had to stop abd get something to eat before i went in well from the time ordered my food to me getting my food.. took like 3 minutes 😊😊 and my bagel was warm and perfect!! 5 star for mee!!!

This store has a automated machines to do your ordering then they bring it out to your table kind of nice

Waiting time was 10min. Cashier ignore me and another customer. When we complained she said she was not working but she started to sweep the floor. Eventually she said, "I might as well". Then she took our orders. Some workers didn't know how to read the order screens so they slowed everyone else. There was nothing organized, buckets everywhere, empty bags on the counter, messy counters. There were orange cones & flies throughout the restaurant. The ladies bathroom was clean. They all need retraining.
